Handling Time and Other Information

Orders received before 3pm on a business day (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day. As our offices are closed at the weekends and Bank Holidays, orders received either after 3pm or on a non-business day (Saturday and Sunday) will be shipped the following UK business day. A confirmation of shipping email is sent once goods have been dispatched. If you selected a tracked delivery service a tracking number will also be supplied. If you have not received your tracking number please contact us. For any reason your order can not be completed, either due to stock restrictions or incomplete payment, we will contact you.

Royal Mail Standard

Our Royal Mail Standard delivery is a 3-5 business day delivery service. Deliveries are made by our courier, Royal Mail, and are usually made between 7.00am and 6.00pm. As this is an untracked shipping method please be aware that once your order is with our courier we cannot predict the exact time scale for delivery. Options to upgrade your delivery are available at checkout
