Our Returns and
Cancellations Policy
We operate a 30 day
returns, cancellations and exchange policy. If you wish to return an item for
full refund this must be requested within 7 days of receipt of the
goods. Refunds be excluding postage costs. If you wish to return an
item for exchange this may incur replacement /restocking charges. Returned
goods must be complete and in an unused, new condition. Please ensure if you
open the box that you do so without damaging or marking the packaging. Goods
should be returned with the original box/packaging, accessories and
instructions where applicable. Refunds will not be issued until the goods
are returned and inspected.
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged product in your order, please complete our Returns form here
Returning Your
Order
If you wish to return
an item within our 30 day returns policy, please complete our returns form here before posting the item in secure packaging. Please
know that the postage cost of returned goods will not be
included in your refund. The customer will be liable for ensuring the product
is well packaged and appropriate postage service is used.

Returns Handling
Time
Once we have received
your returned items or we have had confirmation of your cancellation, we will
start the refund/cancellation process as soon as we can. If you haven't been
contacted by us or you believe your refund to be late, please contact us and we
will be more than happy to assist. Please allow up to 7 working days for
refunds to show on bank statements.
